Kerry Jordan has worked in the employee benefits field for over 33 years. He began his career as personnel and safety manager for HRSD, the third largest utility in Virginia before joining the Blue Cross Family as a marketing representative, where he rose to the position of vice president with Acordia Of Virginia.
Mr. Jordan founded Professional Insurance Solutions Inc. in Virginia Beach in 1998, and has specialized in working with employers across Virginia to develop unique benefits packages for each of his clients, from a large union plan administrator to a small family aqua farm on the Eastern Shore. Mr. Jordan was appointed by the Virginia Beach City Council to serve on its Employee Benefit Review Task Force, and also served on the Virginia Beach Economic Development Advisory Board and Virginia Beach Public Schools Vocational Education Advisory Board.
Mr. Jordan holds a BA from Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Science degree from Golden Gate University. He is a certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act professional and is certified to help groups through the Federal and Virginia Healthcare Exchange.
